We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your KAATSU Essentials course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at info@kaatsu-education.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear back in your account.
Upon the issuance of a refund, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your account and access to all online course materials, including videos, documents, and digital downloads, will be permanently terminated.
- Your access to any private community groups, forums, or other membership benefits associated with the course will be immediately revoked.
- Any certified status, certificate of completion, or digital badge awarded for the course will be deemed null and void.
- You will be ineligible for any future updates or bonus content provided for this course.
- We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your eligibility to re-purchase the same course or other products if we determine there has been an abuse of our refund policy.
After the 14-day period, we are unable to offer a refund. By purchasing the course, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
