KAATSU Pressure Calculator

This exclusive tool provides personalized upper pressure limit recommendations for KAATSU Cycle Mode training, tailored to your physiological profile. By focusing on increased effectiveness and safety, it is our recommendation that the Low Pressure setting be used as the starting point for each session. The pressure should then be increased gradually, up to the maximum pressure that has been calculated.

The calculations are based on contemporary BFR research and are constantly updated to reflect the latest standards. They emphasize factors such as limb circumference, age, and cardiovascular indicators to ensure effective yet cautious application. Follow all standard KAATSU protocols during every KAATSU session, including manual tightness checks (e.g., 1-finger for healthy individuals or 2–3 fingers for those with medical conditions) and professional oversight.

Medical Disclaimer: This calculator is for educational purposes only and does not substitute professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting KAATSU training, especially if you have vascular conditions, lymphedema, hypertension, pregnancy, acute diseases, or other health concerns. Results are estimates based on general research and should be individualized under expert supervision.
